Coding is today’s language of creativity. It may not be a craftmanship, but every code is a design. The RIT Program has been garnering fans among our engineering students by introducing them to this world and inspiring them to fall in love with coding.
As our flagship program and testimony of the SSE-RISE collaboration, it is a tailor-made, hands-on, and practical learning program. It is led by Prof. Paul Spiesberger and his team of mentors who visit India and SSE every semester via IAESTE.In July 2023, 21 students from the first and second years of engineering completed Modules 1 and 2, which were spread out over the course of 4 years.
At the start of Semester 01/ Year 01, a screening test is conducted to determine student aptitude and comprehensive skills. The shortlisted students are inducted into the 4-year program. Every year, they complete a module.
In 2022-23, 32 first-year students were included in the program. 18 students completed Module 01, while 9 completed Module 02 from Year 02.

Enno Stubler flew back to Austria at the close of the semester. He will be missed by the students, but they have lots of rich learning and knowledge.
Thank you Paul Spiesberger and Raimund Rittnauer for your unwavering support and leadership in ensuring the success of the RIT Program.
