The college at Puttaparthi wore a festive look as it was hosting the 2023 Placement Success Meet on Apr 29, 2023. Beaming faces, happy parents and proud faculty filled the SGI Anahatha Auditorium on this occasion.
The event marks the completion of the course of study for students of Engineering and MBA for the academic year 2022-23. Also, students are congratulated on their selections into various MNCs during the SGI Placements season.
This year’s chief guest was Sri Manjunath Nallapeta Director, CGI. Dr Bala Koteswari, SGI Dean & Director of Placements, presenting the report summarised that over 420+ job offers were received this year. There were 29 new recruiters. Certification hours are increasing as the emphasis is on additional skills and knowledge.
Speaking at the event, Manjunath garu emphasized the importance of time management and working smarter. The job recession has been impacting colleges & corporations alike. 𝐈𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Slightly emotional at the thought of students leaving, VIJAY REDDY BHASKAR, SGI Chairman shared his happiness of seeing the successful graduates.
The graduates were presented with their offer letters and course completion certificates. The placements team were duly appreciated. Our guest was felicitated as a token of our gratitude for gracing the event.
The event ended with the singing of the national anthem. A photo session and lunch followed this.
